Product Name:Siphon rainwater bucket, also known as: rain head, floor drain, pressure flow rainwater bucket.

Scope of application:Concrete roof gutter, steel structure roof gutter.

Material:Grille cover (aluminum), bucket body (stainless steel), screw nut (stainless steel), rubber sealing ring (EPDM), outlet pipe (HDPE, high density polyethylene).

Role:

• It has the function of air barrier or anti-eddy current. When the water level in front of the bucket reaches the design water depth stably, the full pipe flow and negative pressure will be formed in the system.
• The parts of rainwater bucket that intercept solid debris such as leaves have the function of rectification.
• Device before rainwater enters the pipe.

Installation procedure (concrete structure):

1. During the construction of roof structure, the rainwater bucket shall be reserved according to the design requirements. The recommended opening diameter of Arkom A rainwater bucket is 220mm-245mm. The recommended opening diameter of arkosm B rainwater hopper is 235mm-270mm. The diameter of the opening of the Arkosm C rainwater hopper is recommended to be mm-mm mm.
2. It is recommended to embed the siphon rainwater bucket directly when pouring concrete for roofing. Reduce the probability of water leakage from the rain bucket.
3. Install stainless steel bucket body (with concrete), fill around it with dense materials such as cement mortar and structural adhesive to ensure no water leakage, and level the roof slab.
4. During roof waterproof construction, install waterproof pressure plate.
5. Install grille cover.

Note:

• Concrete and roofing construction waste shall not enter the rainwater hopper and horizontal pipe, which is easy to form vacuum due to blockage, resulting in flat pipe suction.
• The water inlet of the rainwater hopper shall be installed horizontally.
• The length of outlet short pipe (HDPE) is 180mm. Use electric fusion connection or hot melt connection.

Installation steps (steel structure roof):

1. During the construction of roof structure, the reserved opening of rainwater hopper shall be opened according to the design requirements. The recommended opening diameter of Arkom A rainwater hopper is 220mm-245mm. The recommended opening diameter of arkosm B rainwater hopper is 235mm-270mm. The diameter of the opening of the Arkosm C rainwater hopper is recommended to be mm-mm mm.
2. When installing the stainless steel bucket body, argon arc welding or other waterproof welding methods shall be used to ensure no water leakage, and the roof slab shall be leveled.During roof waterproof construction, install waterproof pressure plate.
3. Install grille cover.
